Refund / Return Policy

This Refund / Return Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, returns, and fulfillment issues are handled for Fugly Toenails™ services and products. This Policy is subject to applicable law and to the clinical, prescription, pharmacy, and fulfillment requirements that apply to the specific service or product.

1. Professional Virtual Evaluation

 

The Professional Virtual Evaluation is an optional paid live telemedicine consultation. The current advertised fee is $150 USD unless a different price is clearly displayed before payment.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible before the scheduled consultation. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options may depend on timing, provider availability, no-show status, and operational policies communicated at the time of scheduling.

Payment for a Professional Virtual Evaluation does not guarantee eligibility, diagnosis, prescription treatment, prescription fulfillment, or a specific outcome.

2. Prescription Products

 

Due to the nature of prescription products and patient safety requirements, prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, released, or shipped, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in Section 4 of this Policy. Prescription products are issued only after provider review, medical eligibility, and approval by a Florida-licensed provider.

3. Supportive or Non-Prescription Products

 

Some kits or care pathways may include supportive or non-prescription products. Return or refund eligibility for supportive products may depend on product type, condition, packaging, hygiene considerations, fulfillment status, and applicable law. Products that have been opened, used, contaminated, or are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Fulfillment Issues

 

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us promptly with your name, order information, photographs if applicable, and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and provide appropriate next steps, which may include replacement, correction, coordination with the dispensing pharmacy, or another remedy where appropriate and permitted by law.

5. Fulfillment Delays

 

Fulfillment timeframes, if applicable, depend on provider approval, prescription processing, dispensing pharmacy operations, shipping carriers, address accuracy, and other logistical factors. We do not guarantee a specific fulfillment or delivery date unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

 

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect future service availability, subject to applicable law.
