A Florida-licensed podiatric provider within JAWS Podiatry reviews your case and determines appropriate next steps or treatment recommendations when clinically indicated. If oral medication may be appropriate, a baseline liver function test (LFT) is required before anything is prescribed.

If treatment is prescribed, fulfillment details are provided after provider review, through an authorized dispensing pharmacy, as applicable. No prescription medication is issued, dispensed, or shipped without approval by a Florida-licensed provider. When a provider prescribes treatment, they select the schedule that fits each case — Standard 90-Day Course, Pulse Therapy, or Continuous / Extended Care. The specific medication, dosing schedule, duration, and monitoring are determined by the Florida-licensed provider within JAWS Podiatry based on diagnosis, medical history, contraindications, and clinical eligibility.

You submit your profile and required information. A provider reviews your case and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If prescription treatment is approved, fulfillment details are provided through an authorized dispensing pharmacy, as applicable.

If treatment is prescribed, use it only as directed by your provider. Some patients may notice gradual changes over time, but early visible improvement is not guaranteed.

When your case needs more than visual evaluation
Some cases benefit from laboratory confirmation before or during treatment. When your Florida-licensed provider within JAWS Podiatry determines that diagnostic testing is clinically appropriate for your case, Fungal Nail Diagnostic Testing is available as a mail-in service.
You clip a small nail sample at home using a diagnostic kit we send you, mail it to our partner pathology laboratory using the pre-paid return envelope, and results are returned to your provider for review. No in-person visit required.
Fungal Nail Diagnostic Testing is optional and not required for every treatment plan. It is recommended by your provider on a case-by-case basis. Fee: $260 USD, separate from any treatment plan or consultation.

Yes. This is a legitimate telemedicine consultation with a Florida-licensed provider. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.
What states do you serve?
Fugly Toenails™ telemedicine services are available only to eligible adults who are Florida residents and physically located in the State of Florida at the time of evaluation. Patients outside Florida are not eligible for telemedicine evaluation or prescription treatment through this platform and should consult a licensed provider in their own jurisdiction.
What if I'm not sure I have nail fungus?
That's exactly what the evaluation is for. Not every nail discoloration is fungal. Our physician will assess your case and guide you appropriately.
How long does the evaluation take?
The intake form takes under 5 minutes. Physician review typically occurs within 1–2 business days.
What treatments might be prescribed?
