If you meet the eligibility criteria, a licensed provider reviews your case and determines whether a Fugly Treatment Plan — Fugly Complete™, Fugly Topical™, or Fugly Nail + Skin™ — is clinically appropriate, or whether another next step may be recommended. This is part of the standard eligibility and treatment process and does not include a separate in-depth case review or written clinical report. There is no separate consultation or case-review fee.

Get a dedicated, more in-depth clinical review of your case — no live video appointment required. Submit your photos, medical history, and relevant case information through a secure intake form. A licensed podiatric provider will review your information in greater detail and provide a written clinical recommendation within 24–48 hours.

Q: Who reviews my case?
All clinical reviews and consultations are handled by licensed podiatric providers. The specific provider may vary based on availability and clinical circumstances.
Q: Can prescription treatment be recommended through any of these pathways?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Prescription treatment is provided only after review by a licensed provider and depends on individual medical eligibility, clinical findings, contraindications, and provider judgment.
Q: Do I need to be in Florida?
Fugly Toenails™ telemedicine services are currently available only to eligible adults who are Florida residents and physically located in the State of Florida at the time of evaluation or consultation. We are actively expanding availability to additional U.S. states as provider licensing and state-specific requirements are completed. Until a state becomes active, patients outside Florida are not eligible for telemedicine evaluation or prescription treatment through this platform.
Q: Can I start with Provider Case Review and later schedule a Direct Video Consultation?
Yes. A patient may choose Direct Video Consultation after a Provider Case Review if additional live discussion is desired. Each paid service is separate and billed independently.
Q: What is the difference between Provider Case Review and Direct Video Consultation?
Provider Case Review provides an in-depth clinical review without a live appointment. Direct Video Consultation provides scheduled, real-time video access to a licensed provider so you can discuss your case and ask questions directly.
